Sir Rodney's has a very nice design and it's very easy to navigate using the extensive list of categories. They claim to have over 3,000 reviews and there are certainly a lot of them to read.
The reviews themselves are informative but sometimes only give general comments about the sites rather than details on exactly what they have to offer. Some reviews are relatively brief whilst others are quite extensive.
The rating system is very simple with each site being given a score out of 10. The only problem with this is that it isn't exactly clear where the score comes from so if you are interested only in the amount of content and not so much about updates or site design you don't know how each of these elements are rated. It also means that there are a lot of 10/10 scores so it's hard to differentiate between the very good sites and the absolutely best ones. One excellent and very useful feature is the list of readers' comments under each review often giving the most up to date information on sites (such as recent price rises) which the reviews are unable to do. They also offer a guarantee of satisfaction on their top listed sites.
Overall Sir Rodney's is a very good site with a good range of sites, but perhaps a little bit more detail for each review would be better.
